Our team work with clients to determine their requirements and budget before proposing suitable menus for each function. Trina’s Catering can adapt dishes and menus to suit dietary requirements and have a range of gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian menu options available.
Platters are a popular choice for morning tea and meetings, enabling clients to enjoy a light meal and a range of fresh options. Savoury and sweet platters are available by pre-order.
Buffet lunches and dinners are available for groups of six or more and are the perfect way to offer guests a range of dishes to suit all tastebuds. Menu options for buffets can be derived from one particular cuisine or a range, if preferred.
